2004

• On October 22, 2004, the Asian Pacific Women's Center (APWC) honored PbP with a Community Service Award in recognition of our community service and former partnership at APWC's Annual Metamorphosis Gala. PbP also received a certificate of recognition from Jack Scott, State Senator, 21st district, the Honorable John Chiang, Member of the California State Board of Equalization, and Judy Chu, member of the California State Assembly, 49th Assembly District

• On June 1, 2002, PbP Southern California received recognition from Councilmember Jan Perry of the Ninth Council District, City of Los Angeles, for its CelebrateONE Benefit on behalf of the Asian Pacific Women's Center.

2001

• PbP Southern California received a Certificate of Recognition from California Assemblywoman Judy Chu on October 23, 2001 for its commitment to fundraising, community outreach and public awareness for domestic violence, and on November 17, 2001 in honor of its First Annual Benefit Gala in support of the Asian Pacific Women's Center.
