Amy is currently working as a corporate attorney advising small start-up and tech companies in the area of securities, business structure and other issues related to corporate law. Amy earned her Juris Doctor from Santa Clara University School of Law, and her bachelor of arts in Political Science with highest distinction from the University of California, Berkeley.
Amy has been in the San Francisco bay area for almost her whole life and is very involved its Asian American community. On her free time she enjoys cooking, planning social events, and golfing very badly. |
