Volunteers are the lifeblood of Project by Project. PbP is committed to zero-budget fundraising and a 100% volunteer staff to maximize returns to our non-profit partners. Sales and Marketing
- Strategize about marketing opportunities around Project by Project campaigns, events, and partners while maintaining non-profit integrity.
- Grow and expand private and public sector PbP relationships
- Develop various Project by Project corporate partnership opportunities including: Co-branded campaign sponsorships, event sponsorships, signage, goody-bag promotions, banner campaigns, streaming video spots.
Public Relations Team
- Lead and coordinate all public relations activities for campaigns and events
- Write and edit copy for marketing and press materials
- Grow and maintain database of private and non-profit press contacts
- Place Project by Project in the news!
Event Team
- Manage teams and coordinate operations for PbP's hallmark high profile benefit, "An Evening of Fine Food and Wine"
- Recruit celebrity talent, solicit vendor underwriters, coordinate photography, decor, lighting and sound design
Partner Outreach Team
- Cultivate and manage relationship with non-profit partners
- Promote social awareness service to the community via our non-profit partner causes
- Organize outreach events. Past events have included internal educational workshops and seminars, ongoing service programs and direct involvement with partner activities
- Recruit volunteers to work with non-profit partner organizations
Technology Team
- Responsible for building, maintaining, and expanding the IT infrastructure that keeps Project by Project's daily operations running smoothly and efficiently.
- Creative Directors: develop offline and online PbP design and brand collateral
- Multimedia Producers: Lead and develop multimedia video, animation and other promotional material for PbP and its corporate partners
- Web Designers: Keep Project by Project's web site fun and current
- Developers: Implement and maintain back-end management systems for email, workflow, document and content management.
Finance Team
- Lead or assist in the financial operations of a non-profit company
Legal Team
- Lead or assist PbP Counsel on various legal activities
