Project by Project welcomed Against Anti-Asian Violence (CAAAV) as our partner for our 1999 Campaign!

-- Second Annual Fall Benefit --
Saturday, September 18, 1999
PBP invites you to an intimate culinary demonstration by Kerry Heffernan of
New York's
Eleven Madison Park, and Ming Tsai of Boston's Blue Ginger and host of the
Food Network's "East Meets West." The demonstration will be followed by a
fine food and wine tasting with selections from New York's premier
restaurants, including Clementine, Cafe Centro, La Fourchette, First and
Monkey Bar.
A silent auction will feature items donated by Crate & Barrel, Zagat Survey,
Avon and others. It includes a limited edition South Park lithograph
signed by its creators, tickets to performances at the Joseph Papp Public
Theater and giftbaskets from Shiseido.
100% OF PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO CAAAV; a portion of each ticket is tax
deductible.
Chef demonstration at the Culinary Loft: 5:30-7:30pm
Tasting at Zoom Studios: 7:30-10:00pm
Demonstration is limited to 50 guests only. Each demonstration guest
will be automatically entered in a raffle for a course at Peter Kump's
Cooking School.
The Culinary Loft is located at 515 Broadway, between Spring and Broome
Streets.
Zoom Studios are located at 632 Broadway, between Bleecker and Houston.
